Hampton by Hilton Santa Cruz

Location is good in Equipetrol, one of the safest areas in Santa Cruz. The breakfast was pretty good. Shower was excellent, the best we came across in Peru and Bolivia. Staff were a mixed bag but in saying that this was because one of the people on Reception couldn't speak or understand English. They somewhat messed up our first night's booking but this was probably because the hotel was full that night. We would stay there again if we were in Santa Cruz.

The hotel was very beautiful and classy. It felt luxurious at the cost to stay there! The shower was probably my favorite part, but I also loved the view from the bar/breakfast area. Breakfast itself had a wonderful selection. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the slight weight to the bedspread. The huge windows let in a wonderful amount of light a f gave us a great view of Santa Cruz. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Santa Cruz, this is the one I most would want to return to.

The hotel is located in a sector of Santa Cruz that invites for walking around, exploring, and enjoying cafés and restaurants. The rooftop restaurant offers a wonderful 270° view over Santa Cruz, an excellent place to start a day with a rich breakfast.

Friendly and courteous staff - check in and out was a breeze - the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. Definitely would stay there again

The Staff are so friendly and helpful especially the nice man who checked me in at 4am in the morning thank you :-), Room was a good size with great facilities, Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of options. Area is good very close to large Mall called Ventura I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the Amazingly friendly staff.
